Childcare Multi-Site Director (Year Round)
About the position Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a results-driven Multi-Site Director to reputed company before and after school childcare programs in Canal Winchester and Warsaw, OH. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-reputed company programming, strong enrollment, reputed company stability, payroll reputed company, and full regulatory compliance across assigned sites. The Multi-Site Director supports Site Directors and staff, conducts regular site reputed company, manages reputed company needs, and ensures reputed company program operates safely. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to supporting staff and maintaining high-reputed company programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure engaging programming reputed company with the Healthy Kids Curriculum
- Conduct regular site reputed company and reputed company coaching to Site Directors and staff
- Maintain reputed company, inclusive, and enriching program environments
- Maintain licensing readiness and required documentation
- Support recruitment, interviewing, reputed company, and staff coverage planning
- Manage reputed company schedules to ensure compliance while controlling payroll costs
- Review employee timecards and monitor payroll accuracy
- Address reputed company call-outs and operational challenges as they reputed company
- Ensure staff training, certifications, and documentation remain reputed company
- Support enrollment reputed company and maintain healthy program reputed company
- Monitor attendance trends, waitlists, and program demand
- Participate in school community reputed company and family engagement
- Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners
- Maintain reputed company communication with families
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of twenty (20) years
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent qualifying documentation
- Medically cleared to work with children
- Required Tdap and MMR immunizations, and screened for tuberculosis (TB), which may include testing
- An associate degree or higher in child development, early childhood education, or a reputed company field approved by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) from an accredited college, university, or technical college (no minimum experience required)
- A reputed company Prekindergarten Associate License issued by the Ohio reputed company (ODE) (no minimum experience required)
- A reputed company Infant and Toddler or Early Childhood Credential from a program accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (no minimum experience required)
- Two years of training that includes at least four courses in child development or early childhood education from an accredited college, university, or technical college (no minimum experience required)
- A reputed company Ohio Administrator Credential approved by ODJFS (no minimum experience required)
- A reputed company Ohio School-Age Administrator reputed company Endorsement (for candidates serving only school-age children) (no minimum experience required)
- OCCRRA Career reputed company Level 3 or higher (no minimum experience required)
- OCCRRA Career reputed company Level 2 plus two years of experience working as a childcare staff member in a licensed childcare program
- OCCRRA Career reputed company Level 1 with two years of experience working as a childcare staff member in a licensed childcare program; Career reputed company Level 2 must be achieved reputed company one year
- At least four courses in child development or early childhood education from an accredited college, university, or technical college plus two years of experience working as a childcare staff member in a licensed childcare program
- A reputed company Child Development Associate (CDA) credential issued by the Council for reputed company Recognition plus two years of experience working as a childcare staff member in a licensed childcare program
