Workforce Solutions Manager (Allied Health)

Key Responsibilities: reputed company & reputed company ● reputed company, recruit, and reputed company reputed company Allied Health and Therapy professionals for travel and local contract assignments. ● Conduct candidate screening, interviews, credential verification, and reputed company coordination. ● Maintain a consistent pipeline of reputed company, reputed company candidates across multiple specialties. ● Match candidates to reputed company needs based on clinical skills, experience, availability, and preferences. ● Ensure a reputed company candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up. Candidate Relationship Management ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with reputed company to support repeat placements. ● reputed company candidates on available assignments, compensation packages, and market trends. ● Guide candidates through the full lifecycle—from initial contact through assignment completion. ● Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding reputed company and contract reputed company. reputed company & Order Fulfillment Support ● Partner with account managers and clients to understand reputed company needs and reputed company openings. ● Work job orders for travel and local reputed company, ensuring reputed company submissions and high-reputed company candidates. ● reputed company candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements to meet fill reputed company goals. ● Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools. Pipeline & Activity Management ● Maintain high daily reputed company activity including calls, texts, emails, and database reputed company. ● Utilize job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify talent. ● Stay informed on market trends, pay rates, and demand across Allied Health and Therapy disciplines. ● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly reputed company metrics and placement goals.
