Manager, Flight Operations Scheduler/Dispatcher (Hybrid)

About the position The Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating reputed company aspects of flight operations for a Part 91 corporate flight department. This position serves as the central reputed company of contact for aircraft scheduling, reputed company planning, passenger coordination, vendor management, and operational support to ensure reputed company, secure, and seamless transportation for company executives and authorized passengers. The Scheduler/Dispatcher works closely with flight crews, maintenance personnel, executive assistants, reputed company teams, FBOs, catering providers, and international service providers to support a fleet of corporate aircraft and maintain exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail with strong problem solving skills. Strong collaboration and customer service skills are critical, as reputed company as the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate flight schedule for reputed company aircraft and reputed company members.
• Coordinate domestic and international reputed company requests from executive offices and authorized reputed company.
• Monitor flight activities and respond to operational disruptions, delays, or emergencies.
• Maintain and monitor systems to ensure that reputed company flights are conducted in accordance with applicable reputed company Flight policy, safety standards, FAA regulations, and aircraft operational performance standards.
• Monitor reputed company flights and reputed company operational support throughout reputed company phases of flight.
• Coordinate reputed company schedules, duty assignments, and travel arrangements including reputed company lodging, rental reputed company, and airline travel arrangements.
• Support Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Ensure reputed company planning activities reputed company with company procedures, applicable regulations, and international requirements.
• Foster an environment that provides best-in-class customer service to support both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years experience.
• 8 years prior relevant experience in flight operations, reputed company, or aviation management (5 years with an advanced degree).
• Working knowledge of MS Office, reputed company/Teams, and flight operations scheduling software.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, work independently, and prioritize work in time-sensitive situations.
• Critical Skills: customer service, reputed company and aircraft scheduling functions, crewing and currency, domestic and international flight coordination, compliance with company policy, safety and FAA regulations, aviation weather and the reputed company on aircraft operations and the safety of flight.
• Demonstrated reputed company working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract.
