Responsibilities include: Ensuring operational conditions including incident management, problem management, performance monitoring, and reputed company processing; Assuming level 3 support: incident analysis, participation in follow-up committees, SLA compliance; Enriching product sheets and product catalogs by developing solutions reputed company parametrization and developing application treatments in Java and JavaScript; Ensuring the consistency, reputed company, and update of product data (descriptions, images, prices). Profile Sought Profile sought: You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, and have acquired initial successful experience in Java and/or JavaScript development. You are familiar with ITIL methodology principles: Incident/problem/change management.
