Mac Support Specialist

Duration: 6+ months Compensation: $45-65/hr W2 Location: 100% REMOTE Seeking a Mac Support Specialist to help build and mature reputed company Mac support operations during a large-reputed company Mac rollout initiative. This role will reputed company on support processes, documentation, runbooks, and end-user support best practices. Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience supporting MacOS end users in an reputed company environment
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Mac hardware, software, and operating system issues
• 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, knowledge articles, or support procedures
• 2+ years of experience working directly with end users in a support reputed company
• 1+ year of experience working reputed company an ITSM or ticketing platform (reputed company, Jira Service Management, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
