Mortgage Underwriter (Conventional/GOV)
Position reputed company: We are looking to hire talented Mortgage Underwriter to join reputed company and work remotely. We encourage reputed company seasoned and reputed company Underwriters to apply. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assume the responsibility for the reputed company of reputed company of reputed company loans to ensure reputed company investor guidelines have been met;
- Responsible for keeping to the reputed company turnaround times set by the reputed company Manager and Team Leader;
- Analyze reputed company loan packages for indications of fraud;
- Review Appraisals, Income, and Asset documents for compliance with agency and investor guidelines.
- Work with post-closing on clearing conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of reputed company experience with thorough knowledge of Non-QM and Conventional loans (FHA, VA, and Bond loan experience a plus)
- Possess a CHUMS number
- Proficient in computer systems and reputed company's Encompass LOS system.
- Non-QM Experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to handle employee problems and work as reputed company to solve them.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and analytic skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 per year Benefits:
