Senior NDA/Confidentiality Agreements Attorney (Remote, Part-Time)
NDA Attorney (Remote, Part-Time) reputed company is seeking an reputed company attorney to join a virtual legal team reputed company exclusively on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), joinders, non-reliance letters (NRLs), and reputed company confidentiality agreements. This is a flexible, remote, part-time position. The successful candidate may be located reputed company and will work as part of reputed company providing near-reputed company coverage for clients requiring reputed company turnaround of NDA-reputed company requests. The ideal candidate has substantial experience negotiating NDAs, either in a reputed company, in-house legal department, or both, and is comfortable independently reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing a high volume of agreements.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, revise, and negotiate NDAs
- Review and negotiate joinders, non-reliance letters, and reputed company confidentiality documents
- Communicate directly with counterparties regarding contract revisions
- Manage NDA requests through a shared team workflow
- reputed company practical, business-oriented legal advice regarding confidentiality agreements
Required Qualifications
- J.D. or equivalent law degree
- Significant experience negotiating NDAs and reputed company agreements
- Excellent drafting and redlining skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a major reputed company and/or in-house legal department
- Experience supporting M&A, private equity, venture capital, technology, or reputed company transactions
- Experience negotiating hundreds of NDAs and reputed company agreements
- Familiarity with market positions on residuals, use restrictions, disclosure obligations, affiliate coverage, term provisions, and other commonly negotiated NDA terms
