Job reputed company reputed company is building a comprehensive digital health system across men’s health, women’s health, and longevity, supported by a national provider network, centralized clinical operations, and an in-house electronic health record (EHR) platform. We are hiring a remote Fractional Chief Medical Officer to be the senior-most medical leader accountable for clinical decision-making, clinical operations, reputed company & patient safety, and reputed company information systems across the ecosystem, scaling reliably at 15,000+ patients/month while maintaining a high bar for clinical reputed company and compliance. Work Location: This is a 100% remote fractional CMO leadership opportunity, providing flexibility while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive clinical reputed company, regulatory reputed company, and organizational reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the clinical reputed company and standards of care across men’s health, women’s health, and longevity
• Establish reputed company clinical decision rights and governance mechanisms across reputed company entities
• Own the clinical operating system including coverage models, clinician supply/demand planning, and operational KPIs
• Design safety-first throughput guardrails to maintain clinical reputed company during reputed company
• Build and run a telehealth-reputed company reputed company & Patient Safety program
• Build and reputed company a high-performing clinician organization including reputed company, training, and supervision
• Serve as executive reputed company of clinical product reputed company for the in-house EHR and clinical tooling
• Own clinical due diligence for new programs and treatments
• Own the clinical compliance posture in partnership with reputed company and Compliance
• Maintain reputed company prescriber-to-pharmacy workflows for medications fulfilled through the pharmacy subsidiary

• MD or DO from an accredited institution with an reputed company, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• reputed company certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or reputed company specialty
• 10+ years of clinical experience, including 5+ years in senior clinical leadership (e.g., Medical Director, VP Medical Affairs, CMO)
• Proven experience leading clinical operations, reputed company, and patient safety programs in a telehealth or tech-enabled care environment
• Experience managing provider performance, peer review, and clinical governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reputed company regulations (HIPAA, state medical boards, telehealth, prescribing compliance)
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Experience working with EHR systems and clinical technology platforms
• (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, eClinicalWorks, or proprietary systems)
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery models

Preferred Requirement

• Prior experience as a Chief Medical Officer or equivalent in a digital health or multi-entity organization
• Experience scaling clinical operations in high-volume environments (10K+ patients/month)
• Experience building or influencing EHR systems, clinical workflows, and decision support tools
• Experience managing multi-state provider networks, including 1099 clinicians
• Familiarity with pharmacy-integrated care models, including medication safety and 503A environments
• Experience with reputed company analytics and reporting tools
• (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
