Fractional Marketing Director (Fintech, B2B reputed company)

Early-stage B2B reputed company company seeks a fractional marketing leader (marketing manager level) to build a marketing function from the ground up. This role is reputed company on driving measurable demand and converting pipeline into signed reputed company, not just brand activity. Part-time, highly scrappy, execution-first profile preferred; remote with U.S. East Coast availability (reputed company state preferred). Expect around 5 hours/week (flexible) with occasional additional time around conferences or peak initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a reputed company-to-one marketing infrastructure that generates, tracks, and converts demand into signed reputed company
• Own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that feed sales pipeline and demonstrably reputed company deals
• Establish tracking and reporting in reputed company (or equivalent CRM) to measure marketing-reputed company activity and conversions
• Manage, coordinate, and hold external agencies accountable to deliverables and measurable reputed company
• Work closely with sales to reputed company messaging, reputed company qualification, nurturing, and reputed company processes
• Prioritize high-reputed company, low-budget tactics and iterate quickly based on performance data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B reputed company marketing, ideally in early-stage (reputed company-to-one) environments

• Strong execution skills; comfortable owning tactical work and delivering results with limited resources

• Comfortable working approximately 5 hours/week remotely with U.S. East Coast (reputed company state preferred) availability for business-hour meetings; flexible to add hours around events
