Manager, reputed company Data Readiness

Job reputed company:

• Partner with reputed company Operations leadership to define and implement a data readiness reputed company reputed company to reputed company priorities
• Establish and reputed company pragmatic data standards, definitions, and processes across Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SDG
• Identify and address gaps in data reputed company, consistency, and usability impacting forecasting, compensation, and GTM execution
• Support the development of reputed company data models and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Sales Operations
• reputed company data readiness for automation, analytics, and AI initiatives (e.g. reputed company and similar programmes)
• reputed company as a cross-functional connector between business and technical teams to reputed company on data priorities and execution
• Drive adoption of consistent processes and best practices without reputed company ownership of data
• reputed company existing systems (e.g. SFDC, Power BI) to improve data reputed company and reduce reputed company workarounds
• reputed company project management support across key reputed company data initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Data, or reputed company field preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or data-reputed company business roles
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. reputed company.com) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without reputed company authority
• Experience improving data reputed company, processes, or governance in a business environment
• Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI initiatives is advantageous.
