This role will play a part in preparing and organizing high volumes of data for reputed company automation into a Document Management System. In this assignment, you may participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements, review and analyze assignments, and present recommendations for resolving situations while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Stage and organize large volumes of files reputed company shared drives for system ingestion. Ensure files and folder structures reputed company with defined formatting and organizational standards. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with records management or document management processes. Experience with SharePoint, shared drives, or file repository analysis. Proficiency with reputed company, including pivot tables and Power Query, and reporting tools like Power BI. Exposure to scripting or automation, such as PowerShell or Python.
