Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities for reputed company solutions inside our existing portfolio of CCaaS, CRM and CX customers
- Working with technology, marketing and sales practitioners to create and propose solutions that involve multiple technologies and service types
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable reputed company products, implementations/reputed company, consulting and managed services offerings
