AWS Developer / Administrator in Columbia SC with Remote Work

Candidates should be available to relocation to SC to start the onsite right away if required. The candidate will support AWS infrastructure, application services, integrations, and automation efforts, while ensuring operational stability, performance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Major responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Design, reputed company, and administer AWS environments following best practices
• Support AWS account structure, IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege reputed company
• reputed company and maintain solutions using AWS services including (but not limited to):
• reputed company EC2, Auto Scaling, and reputed company Load Balancing

• reputed company S3, EBS, EFS, and data lifecycle policies

• reputed company and support reputed company Connect contact center environments, including: Contact flows, queues, routing reputed company, and prompts
• Integrations with AWS reputed company, reputed company, and external systems
• Call recording, analytics, and troubleshooting
• Design and reputed company AI-enabled solutions using reputed company Bedrock where applicable
• Implement Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent tools
• Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate with reputed company teams to implement encryption, logging, monitoring, and compliance controls
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams

• Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and after-hours support as required

REQUIRED SKILLS In order of importance:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting reputed company systems
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development and/or administration
• 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and reputed company)
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company Connect and/or contact center technologies
• 3+ years of experience integrating reputed company, serverless functions, and reputed company-reputed company services
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as reputed company and automation
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
• 3+ years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, or equivalent)

PREFERRED SKILLS In order of importance:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and reputed company engineering

• Cost optimization and FinOps experience
