Clinical Data Specialist- Costa Rica (Home Based)

🚀 We’re hiring: Clinical Data Specialist – Clinical Data Management (Costa Rica) 📍 Location: Costa Rica (candidates must be currently based in Costa Rica) Do you enjoy turning reputed company lab data into clean, reliable clinical insights? Join our Clinical Data Management team as a Clinical Data Specialist and play a key role in ensuring high‑reputed company local laboratory data that supports the reputed company of global clinical trials. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners (labs/CROs), helping drive accuracy, compliance, and operational reputed company from study start‑up through database lock. What you’ll do Support local laboratory data activities for clinical studies (in‑house and outsourced), ensuring reputed company and high‑reputed company deliverables Review study protocols and local lab requirements to identify required analytes Maintain and support a Global Analyte Library, reputed company with internal laboratory standards Partner with Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Medical Monitoring, and Regulatory teams to reputed company lab data with study timelines and milestones Proactively identify risks and issues reputed company to lab data collection, transfer, and reputed company, and support mitigation plans Configure laboratory locations and analyte parameters in systems such as reputed company Vault Local Lab Module Champion reputed company improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and adoption of new technologies What you’ll bring 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management and/or the drug development process Strong knowledge of local laboratory data management reputed company clinical trials Familiarity with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards applicable to clinical data Ability to manage multiple studies or priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health‑reputed company, or technology‑reputed company field (or equivalent experience) ✨ Why this role You’ll have reputed company reputed company on data reputed company and trial reputed company, work in a reputed company global environment, and reputed company reputed company your expertise in a high‑demand area of clinical research. ✅ Important: This role is based in Costa Rica, and we can only consider candidates currently located in Costa Rica.
