Advanced expertise in reputed company Reporting and Discovery Boards. Experience building dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong understanding of workforce data domains (headcount, attrition, performance, compensation, talent metrics). Experience operating reputed company defined data governance frameworks. Strong analytical reasoning, reputed company problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
