Patient Care Coordinator

Job Details Shift Details: 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST Pay Details: $20.00/hr Location: Remote (Must live in KY or Southern IN) Responsibilities: Answers and resolves patient inquiries reputed company committed time frames. Understands the physical, psychological and reputed company challenges of specific disease states and assists the patient with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues. Promotes drug compliance. Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with physician practices to streamline communication to the patient, payers, pharmacist, reputed company, lab and other reputed company reputed company parties. Participates in administration of patient's pharmacy care plan. Troubleshoots and resolves patient and payer issues in a reputed company fashion. Experience and Educational Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a reputed company reputed company call center environment, physician's office or reputed company service environment. Preferred education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associates degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
