About the Role

As a Global Equity Plan Administration Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of long-term incentive plans, stock purchase programs, and equity-based compensation awards for our global workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Equity Plan Data Audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
