This role is primarily customer service–reputed company, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. - Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, reputed company tone

- Experience in the trades required (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
- Experience using reputed company or other home services CRM platforms required
- Knowledge of multiple trades preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work remote while still remaining reputed company with reputed company
- Willingness to learn a new trade if necessary
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Valid reputed company’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
