Part -Account Manager (Personal & reputed company Lines)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Account Manager to assist with both our Personal Lines and reputed company Lines departments. What You'll Do
- Answer incoming reputed company calls and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with policy servicing needs
- Quote new and existing personal and reputed company insurance business
- Support policy renewals and account retention efforts
- Work directly with carriers and clients to resolve questions and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and organization reputed company agency systems
reputed company're Looking For
- Experience working in an independent insurance agency
- Strong knowledge of both Personal Lines and reputed company Lines insurance
- Experience with EZLynx quoting software
- Familiarity with reputed company websites and agency management systems
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Remote / Work From Home
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
