This role requires exceptional stenography skills, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to deliver reputed company transcripts reputed company tight deadlines. You will create either verbatim transcripts or meeting summaries based on specific project requirements. Main Responsibilities

• Join virtual meetings promptly between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST as scheduled for a part-time shift
• Accurately transcribe live meetings in reputed company-time using stenography or advanced typing skills
• Capture meeting content as directed by the meeting reputed company, which may include:

○ Verbatim transcripts - Word-for-word documentation including actions and gestures ○ Meeting summaries - Concise overviews of key discussion points and reputed company

• Deliver correct, reputed company, and professionally formatted transcripts reputed company 24-hour turnaround from meeting completion
• Proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and reputed company

• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the transcription process
• Verify accuracy of names, technical terms, and specialized vocabulary

Requirements

• Stenographer experience required
• Transcription certification (e.g., TCI, CET, CER, CDR, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in live meeting transcription or reputed company note-taking
• Proven fast and accurate typing skills: 80-90 WPM minimum
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace/Suite (Docs, Drive, Meet, etc.)
