• Opening insurance claims for No-Fault benefits and Bodily Injuries.
• Communicating effectively with insurance companies on a daily reputed company reputed company email and phone to obtain status updates on Liability and BI amounts.
• Contacting hospitals, medical offices, and doctors to obtain status reports on reputed company attendance and treatment.

Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience or skills to engage effectively with US clients. Previous experience in roles such as secretaries, medical scribes, or legal assistants is highly valued.
