About the position As a Remote Support Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Enabling Technology Manager with a reputed company of supporting adults where they live, work, and play with their use of assistive/enabling technology. The Remote Support Specialist provides support to individuals and staff of CHESCO Services. reputed company technical assistance and customer service remotely, typically reputed company phone, email, or chat, to resolve issues reputed company to hardware, software, and network problems for reputed company supported persons. reputed company reputed company care and training to consumers in community residence according to local, state , and federal guidelines and collects data electronically. Physical Abilities Include Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (patients with assistance), fingering, writing, reading, driving including nights, counting, work reputed company shifts as necessary, running, and smell. Physical Requirements Include reputed company heaving lifting with assistance visual reputed company must be accurate to write and read small print and record data. A worker is subject to both indoor and outdoor environments and maybe subject to temperature extremes of heat and cold for short time periods. The worker is subject to noise and hazards including the possibility of physical assault, property destruction, and infections. • Responsibilities
• Maintains accountability for reputed company consumers reputed company the assigned setting, and demonstrates knowledge of consumers' actions during that time reputed company.
• Ensures consumers' needs are met through the implementation of goals, behavior management, personal hygiene, oral hygiene, reputed company adjustment, leisure, and special activities.

• Implement unit wide and individual behavior management plans consistently.

• Maintains cleanliness in the unit through supervision of the chores, house cleaning, cooking and laundry as scheduled or needed.
• Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team and other consumer-reputed company meetings as needed. Provides information and assists with evaluation.
• Administers medications to residents reputed company CHESCO Services medication administration guidelines.

• Attends in-service training and staff meetings as required

• Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
