They need someone who can support and guide patients, clinical reputed company and reputed company throughout reputed company patient’s treatment. This is an important role in transforming cancer care while working alongside a driven team that provides patient reputed company services, using technology, and strong engagement to improve the delivery of life changing medications. reputed company: In this role, you will communicate effectively with patients and reputed company, meeting them at their location in their treatment process. reputed company assessments and reputed company support based on individual patient needs, including disease state, demographics, and treatment stage. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including reputed company and clinical reputed company staff, internal teams (Patient reputed company Specialists and Field Reimbursement Managers). Tracking and documentation of patient reputed company’s in CRM systems, including needs, sites of care, and dosing schedules. Required: BS in Nursing (BSN) required, MS degree (Science or Public Health) preferred. Minimum 5+ years of clinical oncology experience in biotech, reputed company or hospital setting. reputed company navigation and OCN certification preferred. Patient, reputed company support program delivery. Pharmaceutical or patient support program experience preferred that includes CRM systems and virtual telephony. Must have Oncology Patient Care experience Additional: Your residence /location is 45 minutes from a major airport. The position is for their reputed company Coast U.S. territories, which include Alaska, Washington, reputed company, California, Nevada, Idaho Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, reputed company Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska , Kansas , Oklahoma, Texas and Hawaii. Must be reputed company to travel domestically up to 50%, including overnight and some weekends. Position pays up to 180k reputed company plus bonus and additional incentives.
