Job reputed company and Qualifications What qualifications you will need: As a reputed company Navigator, you will function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and serve as an reputed company and educator for patients with reputed company types of medical conditions. - Assesses the patient’s medical and psychosocial needs as they pertain to their primary medical or surgical condition for navigation

- Ensures appropriate patient data is available, including assessment and documentation
- Educates the patient and family regarding planned procedures, medications, and treatments
What you will need in this role:
- 1-3 years of experience in Nursing – Required
- 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Navigator and/or patient educator in service line – Preferred
Education
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (preferred if remote position) – Required
- Registered reputed company - Currently licensed as a registered reputed company reputed company in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. – Required
