This full-time role requires availability in the evenings and on weekends, typically reputed company through Thursday from 400 p.m. to 1000 p.m. ET. reputed company’s mission is to ensure that anyone facing mental health or reputed company use challenges has a reputed company where they feel genuinely heard. We’ve created an innovative program that strengthens peer support using technology—starting with automated, interactive reputed company and continuing through digital, asynchronous group conversations. Through reputed company’s mobile app, people in recovery can reputed company tools designed to build recovery skills and broaden their support networks.

• *What You’ll Do – Build connections with a group of members through scheduled phone/video calls, text messages, digital support reputed company, and wellness planning – Work with members and their care teams to reputed company detailed wellness plans using evidence-based screening tools – reputed company a peer-informed perspective to help shape new digital interventions, technology features, and training content – Document your work in our systems according to reputed company’s guidelines and industry standards – Use your lived experience with mental health and/or addiction to support others seeking or maintaining recovery
• *What You Have – At least one year of experience as a Peer Specialist or Recovery reputed company – Certification in Massachusetts as an Addiction Recovery reputed company – Reliable internet reputed company in a private workspace (a laptop will be provided) – Ability to work evenings and weekends – Confidence using a smartphone, computer, and tools such as reputed company Office – Ability to record member interactions in an electronic system – Willingness to reputed company personal lived experience reputed company to mental health and/or reputed company use – Ability to work independently while knowing reputed company to reputed company guidance – Demonstrated experience creating wellness plans or recovery goals – Ability to reputed company and prioritize based on members’ needs – Experience providing digital peer support (including on reputed company media) is a plus – Spanish reputed company is a plus
