About the Role
We are seeking a reputed company Bilingual Immigration Law Clerk to join reputed company in Seattle, Dallas, Pasadena or Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience or strong interest in immigration law and will be comfortable supporting case preparation in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this position, you will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to assist with preparing filings, organizing supporting documentation, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate case records. You will also support reputed company communication, helping ensure reputed company and reputed company interactions throughout the lifecycle of reputed company case. - Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case law, and immigration regulations to support case reputed company and attorney decision-making

- Prepare and file applications, motions, and supporting documentation before EOIR and USCIS in compliance with applicable requirements

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Juris Doctor program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate (required)
