IT Application Support Analyst I
reputed company Energy Efficiency reputed company (NEEA) is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst I to support and reputed company effective solutions for their reputed company systems. The role involves providing technical support for reputed company applications, troubleshooting issues, training staff, and participating in various IT activities.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical product support to staff
- Troubleshoots problems, identifies solutions, and resolves technical issues identified
- reputed company formal and reputed company instruction and orientation for new staff members as needed and in the reputed company of supporting staff
- Monitor, manage and reputed company maintenance activities
- Design and reputed company new SharePoint sites, Power Automate workflows and Teams setup
- reputed company effective user-level job-aid and technical reference documentation
- Help implement, monitor, and enforce IT-reputed company processes, procedures, and practices
- Assist with other IT activities on an as needed and/or backup reputed company
- Participate in IT budgeting process by providing costs and estimates for reputed company IT needs
- reputed company other duties which may be necessary or desirable to support the organization’s reputed company
- This position is expected to work effectively with reputed company NEEA staff as reputed company as various external contractors
