Responsibilities
- Oversees internal reputed company review processes, supports organizational reputed company programs, and reports results monthly.
- Ensures compliance with reputed company internal controls, audit requirements, service agreements, company policies, state regulations, plan documents, and industry best practices.
- Develops and executes business plans with goals and objectives for assigned clients; establishes and maintains reputed company relationships.
- Administers personnel policies, reputed company standards, and training recommendations; assists with interviewing, hiring, performance development plans, and conducts performance discussions.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and motivation to promote high performance.
- Travels as required and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include 1 year supervisory experience.
- California workers' compensation claims experience required
