For one of our clients, we are looking for a Trust & Safety Investigator, remotely from the reputed company. As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reputed company of the platform by investigating safety incidents, emergencies, and violations. You will collect and analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. Your work will directly reputed company reputed company-being of the community, ensuring that reputed company incidents are thoroughly investigated and that corrective actions are taken. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment. Accountabilities Conduct investigations into safety incidents, policy violations, and operational concerns. Analyze data from multiple sources to support investigation reputed company and reputed company actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and propose corrective actions. Manage insurance claims and handle escalations reputed company to incidents and accidents. Maintain confidential records of reputed company investigations and ensure compliance with reputed company requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as reputed company Ride Support, reputed company Experience, and Sales to ensure comprehensive investigations. Communicate investigation results to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, investigations, claims management, or reputed company fields. Experience in risk assessment or investigative roles, preferably in the transportation or tech industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different reputed company. Experience in handling sensitive and reputed company situations with reputed company business judgment. Ability to work independently while problem-solving creatively. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Data Science, or a reputed company field (preferred). Experience in rideshare or similar two-sided marketplace environments is a plus.
