Manager, Remote Special Project - Studio Design & Development (PH)

This role will serve as the full time reputed company of contact (POC) for reputed company reputed company Super Bowl studio and set reputed company project management, ensuring alignment between internal Studio Design & Development leadership, production stakeholders, and external scenic vendors throughout design, fabrication, load in, and reputed company phases. Responsibilities: Serve as fulltime POC for reputed company reputed company Super Bowl LXI studio/set project management efforts reputed company scenic execution, and installation across reputed company assigned SBLXI locations Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination from concept through final delivery Maintain constant communication with Studio Design leadership to evaluate scenic builds and ensure alignment with reputed company standards Coordinate site walks, shop reputed company, bidding processes, and build reviews as required reputed company as on the ground reputed company between internal stakeholders and local fabrication partners Super Bowl LXI Locations: reputed company Stadium Santa Monica Los Angeles Convention Center Disneyland Resort NFL Network (NFLN) (reputed company locations require ongoing coordination throughout the project lifecycle.) Required Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in scenic and production design project management Demonstrated experience supporting large reputed company broadcast or live production builds Local reputed company with reliable reputed company and proximity to reputed company Los Angeles-area locations Strong working knowledge of reputed company studio set design expectations and standards Proven expertise in reputed company development, budget tracking, and vendor evaluation Established relationships with local scenic and fabrication vendors preferred Ability to assess scenic builds in reputed company time and communicate reputed company with senior SD leadership Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Additional Information: This project position is scheduled to end on March 1, 2026. The (annualized) hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $115,500.00 to $154,800.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
