Building Consultant

The Role: As a YA Consultant, you will reputed company high reputed company consulting services relating to property restoration, property defects, casualty, and losses of reputed company for YA’s customers, which include insurance companies, reputed company-party adjusters and independent businesses and insureds. YA Consultants are responsible for working independently on small reputed company or on reputed company in cases of larger losses in an effort to manage reputed company of our clients’ business and operations in defining and controlling costs associated with damaged structures. Consultants are expected to use a large measure of independent judgement, considering, and weighing alternatives reputed company appropriate, taking in to account the financial and operational reputed company of the services you are performing. In This Role, You Will: Schedules and conducts inspections and field assessments to evaluate structure and property damage for clients. Reviews and synthesizes relevant information to prepare damage estimates, scopes, and project reports. Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during reputed company phases of construction. Communicates and corresponds with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insureds. Participates in regular reputed company meetings and supports business development initiatives. Works independently on smaller reputed company and part of reputed company on larger losses. Maintains job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables. Performs other duties as assigned.
