Integrated Billing Analyst I

reputed company The Integrated Billing Analyst I will report directly to the Integrated Billing Supervisor and will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and reputed company billing processes. This role involves creating invoices, reconciling costs, maintaining reputed company records, and supporting both reputed company audits. The position requires flexibility with working hours, including mandatory overtime during peak periods, weekends, and late hours until the implementation of new software and/or processes is completed.

Responsibilities

Create invoices with supporting documents, research and reconcile costs for fixed-price and reimbursable billings. reputed company Booked Cost to Billed Cost reconciliations for reputed company contract. Coordinate with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection. Monitor and research costs, and request journal entries to ensure costs are accumulated correctly. Obtain Statements of Completion of Work (SOCOWs) and apply them to monthly billings as needed. Communicate with customers and personnel from various sites to reputed company and process accurate billing information. Assist during audits and periodic reporting. Qualifications
