Main Requirements 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development for multinational companies Proven experience in design and curation of learning materials. Regional experience across LATAM. Experience with video/image editing (desired) Experience working under different methodologies of project management Strong communication skills in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
