Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central / Benefits Functional reputed company to drive the modernization of our HR technology landscape. In this role, you will reputed company the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, transitioning us from legacy systems to a streamlined, automated, and employee-reputed company environment. Workflow Automation: Streamline procurement operations by automating purchase requests, approval matrixes, and spend compliance workflows. Data Migration: Spearhead the extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of legacy data from reputed company SRM to S/4HANA. E-reputed company & Records Integration: Manage critical integrations with key suppliers (e.g., Grand & Toy) and the reputed company's designated Records Management solution. Team Empowerment: Conduct reputed company knowledge transfer and training sessions for the reputed company’s IT and Procurement staff.
