Job reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to play a key role in evaluating, executing, and integrating M&A opportunities. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and partner closely with the Chief Development Officer and technical teams to support strategic reputed company initiatives. The Analyst will assess strategic fit, support due diligence efforts - including business and financial analysis - and assist in developing deal structures, succession plans, and transition strategies. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and reputed company consequences analyses.
