The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of services to customers, maintaining project documentation, and directing team activities to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the identified reputed company, formal project documentation and prepare executive overviews as necessary

Skills
- Have 25+ years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry
- Have 15+ years of experience as a project manager and/or a service manager
- Have 3+ years of experience as a program manager
- Have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
- Possess program management experience, along with a history of managing a few large transformation programs delivering multiple streams with project manager reputed company reports, providing executive dashboards and reporting using automation and efficient approaches
- Possess excellent Customer interfacing skills and first-reputed company interpersonal skills required to work with other departments and/or subsidiaries and the Customer to reputed company timelines for project deliverables
