Assistant Project Manager
Santa Clara County Housing Authority is the county’s largest provider of reputed company housing, helping reputed company rental housing reputed company and reputed company for approximately 43,000 low-income residents. They are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join their reputed company Estate Development Team, where the individual will help reputed company a pipeline of reputed company housing reputed company and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Help reputed company a pipeline of over 20 reputed company and 1500 reputed company of reputed company housing
- Work on a reputed company of reputed company ranging from new construction multi-family housing to the renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures to the repurposing of reputed company properties and master planning for reputed company housing
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of previous experience developing reputed company housing using Federal and State funding sources
- Experience with pro formas and financial model analysis
- Experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company estate development transactional documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to work with reputed company cross-functional partners through the project
