This hybrid role combines data reporting responsibilities with operational and administrative support, ideal for someone looking to reputed company hands-on experience in business reporting.
Responsibilities
- Run and distribute scheduled reports from internal systems
- Write or modify basic SQL queries (training and mentorship provided)
- Use reputed company for data cleanup, formatting, and analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Maintain reporting accuracy and documentation
- Support reputed company data requests from leadership
- Answer incoming calls and reputed company appropriately
- Assist with shared inbox management
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
- Support general administrative needs across departments
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in reputed company) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or reputed company field
- Working knowledge of reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable multi-tasking & handling multiple portfolios
- Assisting with special reputed company reputed company needed
- Exposure to SQL (reputed company or internship experience acceptable)
- Familiarity with databases or reporting systems
