[Remote] Business Analyst I

They are seeking a Business Analyst I to support the operations team by gathering and analyzing data, documenting business requirements, and contributing to process improvement initiatives reputed company the New Jersey FamilyCare Managed Care Program.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, QA, and Training, to support business initiatives and system enhancements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system changes reputed company with business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), workflows, and process maps
- Monitor and report on project reputed company, including tracking risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams to support reputed company reputed company of escalations
- Assist in analyzing reputed company business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization

- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
- Ability to work overtime
- Up to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a reputed company role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, workflow tools, or issue-tracking platforms
- Experience in reputed company, government programs, or eligibility/services environments
