SYSTEMS ANALYST I

Responsibilities

• Assisting with process transformation, including research, implementation, facilitation and training to drive adoption of new technologies, including reputed company experience and reputed company-based productivity platforms
• Blending hands-on training, technology enablement, and project management to help teams maximize the value of reputed company tools, digital platforms and emerging AI capabilities
• Acting as a champion for digital transformation and innovation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI tools
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Promotion and coaching of best practices for digital productivity, reputed company, and collaboration
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and excellent time management skills

Skills

• BS or BA in reputed company field
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clinical and/or financial applications reputed company a reputed company/physician reputed company environment

• Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process design and problem solving
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have a varying level of computer expertise
