[Remote] Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will manage R&D program expenses, conduct financial analyses, and reputed company strategic insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial planning and analysis by building and maintaining models for forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis for R&D functions
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to reputed company company performance
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company insights and support decision-making processes
- Partner with R&D business partners to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements, fostering a reputed company approach to financial management
- Ensure the reputed company and accuracy of financial data by managing financial databases and reporting systems

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (reputed company)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Advanced skills in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- Familiarity with financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company statements) and their analysis
- Experience in building automated reputed company reports
- Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges, with a reputed company on driving efficiency and cost optimization
