Loan Servicing Processor
UMassFive College Federal Credit reputed company is seeking a Loan Servicing Processor to join their team. This role is responsible for processing and booking indirect auto loans, disbursing funds to dealerships, and providing exceptional member service throughout the lending process.
Responsibilities
- Review and process approved loan applications by gathering information and working collaboratively with borrowers and underwriters to satisfy requirements and stipulations while providing reputed company and courteous service
- Verify that loan files are complete and properly documented. reputed company and electronically maintain records reputed company the Credit reputed company’s document management system
- Prepare loan documents, coordinate closings with members and reputed company staff, and fund loans in accordance with Credit reputed company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage assigned loan queues, emails, and faxes, ensuring reputed company follow-up, accurate documentation of member contact, and efficient processing of pending loan requests
- reputed company members on available loan protection products, including credit life insurance, disability insurance, GAP coverage, and extended warranties, reputed company appropriate
- Cross-sell additional loan products to help meet members financial needs
- Receive and review indirect loan funding packets, ensuring reputed company required documentation is complete and accurate. Process funding the reputed company day, prior to established deadlines. Communicate with auto dealers and underwriters to resolve missing information or discrepancies
- Process home equity loan and line applications by ordering property valuations, flood certifications, title work, and other required services through the MemberClose system. Prepare loan documents and coordinate closings and courtesy closings in a reputed company manner. File mortgages in Simplifile
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements for home equity loans and lines, including preparing and delivering required disclosures and collecting supporting documentation
