[Remote] Personal Lines Account Representative

They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Representative to reputed company exceptional service to clients by assisting them with their insurance needs, maintaining accurate reputed company data, and driving the sale of additional services.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence
• reputed company personalized service, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offering solutions to meet their needs
• Discuss auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies to ensure clients feel supported
• Maintain accurate reputed company and policy data, using reputed company’s technology to streamline processes and improve service reputed company
• Collaborate with your team to help secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services, while managing multiple priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience
• Producer's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and reputed company
• Appropriate licensing as required
• 1+ years of prior call center experience
• Currently licensed in P&C
