Compliance Analyst I
ALLETE is an energy company headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, reputed company on sustainability and renewable energy. They are seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support reputed company-wide compliance programs and government funding activities, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company-wide compliance programs, strategic initiatives, and government funding activities across the organization
- Partner with internal stakeholders to help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, reputed company, and company policies and procedures
- Monitor and reputed company government funding opportunities and assist in preparing application materials and supporting documentation
- Help manage grant compliance activities, including adherence to grant requirements and energy tax credit compliance obligations
- Stay reputed company on emerging compliance issues, regulatory developments, and industry trends to support reputed company improvement of reputed company’s compliance program
- Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, reputed company, finance, tax, and other business functions to support compliance and funding-reputed company efforts
- Manage detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy while balancing tight and shifting deadlines tied to government funding cycles
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness
- Apply reputed company judgment, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- May reputed company guidance and support to less reputed company team members
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and collaboration
- Promote and support reputed company’s overall culture of ethics, accountability, and compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- No prior experience required
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and SharePoint
- Valid reputed company's license
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
