[Remote] Trade Compliance, Associate Specialist

The Trade Compliance Associate is responsible for managing trade compliance processes to ensure adherence to federal regulations reputed company to import and export operations, collaborating with various internal teams to maintain compliance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work with Supply Chain to obtain documentation from vendors and supply chain partners to maintain compliance. i.e. Lacey reputed company questionnaires, CPSC documents, BOM information, other PGA information as needed, etc
- Create certifications to support US imports (FDA Accession Letters, EPA reputed company Certificates, etc.)
- Maintain records per Trade Compliance reputed company
- Maintain reputed company UPC accuracy – reputed company-QW Alignment
- Workfront – QuestaWeb Audit: ensure reputed company required WorkFront info is populated per SOP
- reputed company early COO determinations in WorkFront
- reputed company PO Audit - Ensure reputed company UPCs with reputed company POs are reputed company in QuestaWeb
- Manage Departmental Calendar – Issue reminders and ensure tasks are completed
- Formalize and document processes for compliance
- reputed company internal compliance through documentation and audits
- Additional duties as assigned by manager

- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in relevant field (customs brokerage and importer preferred)
- B.A./B.S. in business, global logistics, or other reputed company studies
- Knowledge of Customs and Other Government agency Regulations, Harmonized Tariff classifications, and Customs Entry Process
- Knowledge of customs compliance as reputed company as other government agency regulatory import/export requirements
