Business Immigration Associate (1st Year)

As a Business Immigration Associate, you will assess reputed company eligibility for corporate clients, prepare legal documents, and support immigration program management while working alongside reputed company professionals.
Responsibilities

- Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents
- Conduct research to support reputed company requests and reputed company
- Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and effectively implement guidance and direction offered by supervisors and reputed company colleagues

Skills
- U.S. JD or LLM required
- Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
- 0-2 years of experience at Associate level
