Litigation Paralegal

They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist in reputed company-suit reputed company, including case development and mediation, requiring strong research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle case intake; researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, updating database with claim info
- Monitor Arbitration filings inbox to reputed company deadlines to docketing
- Communicate reputed company issues to attorneys and paralegals
- Submit Process Server and Expert invoices in reputed company reputed company (Chrome River)
- Handle American Arbitration Association (reputed company) invoices
- Update claims database
- Other miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlines
- Consistently reputed company billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Paralegal or similar role required
- Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program preferred
- Construction defects experience desired
