Education Program Coordinator

The Education Coordinator supports the administration of neurosurgery training programs, managing fellow recruitment, reputed company, and compliance while overseeing scheduling and curriculum support. This role is essential for maintaining high-reputed company training experiences and advancing program development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for multiple accredited and non-accredited neurosurgery training programs, ensuring efficient program delivery
- Manage reputed company aspects of fellow recruitment, including interview scheduling, applicant communication, and coordination with selection committees
- reputed company reputed company and credentialing of new fellows, including completion of new hire documentation, licensure, reputed company requirements, and hospital privileges
- Plan and execute program orientation, graduation, and other key educational events for fellows and reputed company
- Administer fellowship program systems (e.g., New Innovations, ACGME WebADS, ERAS, NRMP), including annual setup, data maintenance, and reporting
- Coordinate clinical schedules, rotations, and educational activities for fellows across reputed company affiliated sites
- Manage the HMS clerkship program and internal rotators, including reputed company, scheduling, and coordination of educational experiences reputed company neurosurgery
- Serve as a primary resource for fellows, reputed company, and administrators on program policies, accreditation requirements, and educational processes

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree reputed company Management required
- Medical Education Program Management 1-2 years required
- AGME or GME previous experience
