Desktop Support Technician

They are seeking a Desktop Support Technician responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, peripherals, software, and reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support for employees and contractors, including desktops, laptops, software, hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Install, configure, maintain, and support workstations, applications, and end-user devices
- Assist with user account support in reputed company Directory and reputed company 365
- Document issues, resolutions, procedures, and equipment changes in the ticketing system or knowledge reputed company
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues and support business needs
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with technical and non-technical users
- Stay reputed company with tools, technology, and best practices to support reputed company improvement
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in an IT-reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of desktop, helpdesk, or reputed company technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Office, reputed company Directory, and reputed company 365 reputed company Center
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently or as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document technical solutions
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
