[Remote] Billing Care Coordinator - Remote

They are seeking a Billing Care Coordinator to assist members with billing inquiries, ensuring reputed company communication and effective reputed company of payment issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound billing calls, escalations, and urgent member requests with professionalism, reputed company, and accuracy
- Research and resolve billing concerns reputed company to insurance denials, payment discrepancies, patient balances, and other reputed company billing questions
- Partner with reputed company Cycle Management SMEs, Billing reputed company Coordinators, and billing support teams to resolve nuanced cases and ensure smooth handoffs
- Accurately document calls, cases, actions, and follow-up steps in accordance with HIPAA and internal compliance standards
- Follow escalation protocols and ensure cases are fully resolved, reputed company communicated, or routed to the appropriate team

Skills
- 1+ year of experience in billing support, reputed company cycle, patient/member services, customer support, or another high-touch service role
- Comfort handling live phone interactions, escalations, and sensitive conversations with reputed company and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, documentation habits, and follow-through
- Ability to research issues, follow defined workflows, and manage cases through reputed company

- Comfort using billing systems, ticketing tools, phone systems, reputed company Workspace, or similar technology
